About the Role

Silent Research Labs is hiring an experienced Growth Marketer to increase awareness, improve the user funnel, and build long-term traction for Silent Protocol. The role reports to the CEO and works closely with community, product, and engineering. The careers page lists the position as remote and open to part-time or full-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy that educates users and expands protocol adoption.
• Identify growth opportunities and important market segments for Silent Protocol.
• Run campaigns across social media, content, public relations, paid channels, and other relevant channels.
• Work with the community so growth efforts support protocol use cases and the future DAO.
• Measure campaign and funnel performance and use the results to improve execution.
• Coordinate growth work with other teams across Silent Research Labs.

Qualifications

• A record of planning and delivering successful growth campaigns across several channels.
• Experience with social media, content, and public-relations strategy.
• Interest in Web3 and crypto, with deeper Web3, DeFi, or finance knowledge considered useful.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a small remote team.

Compensation

The posting states compensation of up to USD 180K per year, plus token ownership.
