About the Role

The Digital Designer will help shape the SilentDAO brand and connect work across content, marketing, and development. The role focuses on clear digital design for complex ideas and is listed as a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Turn original concepts into simple and usable visual designs.
• Create campaign concepts with the creative team.
• Produce marketing collateral, social posts, GIFs, brochures, illustrations, and web assets.
• Keep visual communication consistent with the brand and relevant web standards.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and development teams and communicate project status.
• Contribute new design perspectives, campaign ideas, and style guides.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and graphic-design or prototyping tools.
• Ability to create storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong typography, visual-systems, collaboration, and detail-management skills.
• Motion design, Webflow, or previous DeFi, NFT, or fintech design work is helpful.
