About the Role

We're seeking a Research Intern to enhance our understanding of conservation impact and develop AI-driven solutions for environmental projects. This role integrates machine learning with environmental science and public goods research.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the impact of public goods and nature conservation projects
• Design and implement AI-driven allocation and data valuation models
• Assess conservation project effectiveness and outcomes
• Research optimal resource allocation strategies for environmental initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong interest in climate, environment, and public goods
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and experiment
• Required: Experience in Machine Learning and/or Statistics
• Strong analytical and research skills

Nice to Have

• Background in environmental science or conservation biology
• Experience with impact evaluation methodologies
• Familiarity with public goods research or mechanism design
• Publications or projects in ML/AI applications for social good
