Obol is at the forefront of Ethereum staking innovation, securing over $1.5 billion in staked ETH on mainnet. Our Distributed Validators (DVs) are reshaping the industry, decentralizing core infrastructure for leading protocols such as Lido and EtherFi, and empowering institutional node operators to achieve unmatched security, fault tolerance, and performance.

We're looking for passionate, driven interns eager to contribute to our mission of pushing forward Ethereum’s decentralization and scalability. By joining Obol, you'll gain hands-on experience with one of Ethereum's most impactful infrastructure projects and become part of a collaborative, industry-leading team. Internship comes with a small stipend of 1,500 OBOL per month.

Responsibilities

• Support improvements in technical documentation and user onboarding for Obol’s staking infrastructure.
• Participate in QA testing and validation of testnet workflows across our Stack deployments.
• Contribute to internal operational tooling and dashboards (Notion, GitHub, etc.) to streamline team processes.
• Collaborate with the product team to conduct interviews and feedback sessions with node operators, synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Solidity).
• Experience using or contributing to open-source software.
• Interest in or basic understanding of Ethereum consensus and validator architecture.
• Comfort working independently in remote-first, asynchronous environments.
