About the Role

We're looking for a part-time UI/UX Designer to own the design domain across ETHStars, the wider Geode product family, and some ad hoc visual design works.

Design here is yours - full accountability, from early concepts through to what ships. The work starts with understanding what users are actually trying to get done, and turning that into experiences that get them there faster and with more clarity. And it doesn't stop at solved: we want someone who keeps exploring, refining, and finding the details that make a product genuinely pleasant to use.

What You Will Do

• Own product design for ETHStars and Geode family products, across web and mobile, with full accountability from concept to shipped
• Get into the weeds of how people actually use our products: conduct user research and measure analytics, and let what you learn drive design decisions
• Quickly turn ideas into tangible prototypes and high-fidelity designs, and iterate fast on internal and external feedbacks
• Work closely with our PM and development team to bring features to life and make sure what ships matches what you designed
• Handle ad hoc visual work: banners, brand assets, and similar that shapes how Geode family products show up
• Use AI tools throughout your workflow to ship better work, faster

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX experience designing web and mobile products
• A user-first instinct: design starts from the problem someone is trying to solve, and good design means they solve it faster, clearer, and with less pain
• A strong aesthetic sense and the confidence to make decisions - you know what good looks like
• Pixel-perfect craft, with attention to the smallest details
• Speed and range: the ability to work fast, produce multiple solutions, and iterate without preciousness
• Accountability and a real sense of ownership over outcomes, not just deliverables
• Comfort with ambiguity: the ability to pick up an existing product quickly and find your own way without extensive guidance
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and component workflows

Nice to Haves

• Experience working on data-driven products
• Familiarity with Web2 and Web3 monetization models
• Knowledge of Ethereum, blockchain technologies, and Web3 ecosystems
