About the Role

This Product Manager will build and scale Ondo's Stocks product at the intersection of consumer fintech, capital markets, and digital assets. The role owns the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through user experience, market-structure decisions, launch, growth, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth for the stocks product.
• Translate customer needs into simple experiences that hide the complexity of brokerage, trading, settlement, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Define requirements, prioritize features, make tradeoffs, and lead products from concept through launch and iteration.
• Partner with engineering and design while coordinating with legal, compliance, operations, and business teams.
• Study market structure, trading workflows, liquidity, customer data, and the competitive landscape to guide decisions.
• Help shape Ondo's longer-term vision for stocks and other real-world assets onchain.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing financial products.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, trading, order books, execution, brokerage, clearing, settlement, and securities regulation.
• Strong consumer-product judgment and experience partnering with engineering and design.
• Hands-on use of crypto and DeFi products, with excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with brokerages, investing or trading applications, fintech, crypto, tokenization, real-world assets, or DeFi market structure.
