Obol is at the forefront of Ethereum staking innovation, securing over $1.5 billion in staked ETH on mainnet. Our Distributed Validators (DVs) are reshaping the industry, decentralizing core infrastructure for leading protocols such as Lido and EtherFi, and empowering institutional node operators to achieve unmatched security, fault tolerance, and performance.

We're looking for passionate, driven interns eager to contribute to our mission of pushing forward Ethereum’s decentralization and scalability. By joining Obol, you'll gain hands-on experience with one of Ethereum's most impactful infrastructure projects and become part of a collaborative, industry-leading team. Internship comes with a small stipend of 1,500 OBOL per month.

Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to high-impact go-to-market campaigns for new product launches (e.g., Obol Validator Manager, Operator Explorer, Obol Stack)
• Assist in crafting and executing social media content, blog posts, and community communications.
• Perform ecosystem research around Ethereum staking, validator personas, and tooling.
• Help analyze, organize, and report on engagement metrics across our social platforms and blog content.

Qualifications

• Background or interest in writing, communications, or community engagement.
• Familiarity with Ethereum’s staking landscape, Distributed Validator Technology (DVT), or Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Comfort working in asynchronous and remote-friendly environments (Slack, Notion, Discord).
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva) or familiarity with data analytics tools.

• Passionate about Ethereum, decentralization, and the future of blockchain infrastructure.
• Driven self-starter, motivated to learn and actively contribute.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative and remote work environments.
• Previous experience or contributions within Ethereum communities or DAOs are highly valued but not mandatory.
