About the Role

Geode Labs, a digital product studio focused on Ethereum ecosystem development, is seeking a Junior Operations Assistant to work closely with our Head of Operations, supporting both day-to-day execution and cross-functional coordination across product, EcoDev, and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide range of operational and administrative tasks in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, maintaining operational clarity, and helping the team execute effectively as we ship more products.

Key Responsibilities

General Operations & Executive Support

• Meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders
• Taking meeting notes and tracking action items
• Preparing and managing documents
• Organizing the Notion workspace
• Helping prioritize tasks and projects across multiple workstreams
• Ad-hoc research to support operational decisions and planning
• Miscellaneous operational tasks

Product Operations Support

• Support product-related operations across Geode Labs products (e.g. ETHStars), including:
  • Maintaining product-related databases
  • Assisting with product specs, documentation, and rollout coordination
  • Tracking feature requests, bug reports, and user feedback
  • Researching internal tooling related to product development

EcoDev & Grants Program Support

• Organizing grant applications and supporting communication with applicants
• Preparing structured documentation for internal review
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and progress updates to our grantees
• Supporting ecosystem research tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Linear etc
• A proactive mindset - you see what needs to be done and take initiative

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in operations, admin, project coordination, or executive support roles
• Experience supporting founders, operators, or senior team members
• Experience with documentation-heavy workflows (grants, research, compliance, etc.)
• Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem
