About the DeFi Team

The DeFi team generates returns through a variety of on-chain trading strategies, built on a deep understanding of blockchains and DeFi protocols. You will work alongside outstanding engineering colleagues in a culture where individual contributions are rewarded fairly.

Responsibilities

• Technical and qualitative analysis of DeFi projects (especially the Morpho ecosystem)
• Vault strategy design, rebalancing, and risk management, plus development of the automation bots that support them
• Yield monitoring and data-driven decision support
• Detecting and responding to issues through smart contract reviews
• Collecting web3 metrics and building dashboards

Requirements

• Strong understanding of, and passion for, the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem
• Ability to understand the basic structure of Solidity contracts and analyze code
• Ability to write web3 scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Logical, data-driven analytical thinking
• Ability to read technical documentation in English
• Candidates who have all of the above, or who can compensate for gaps with other strengths

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to deploy contracts through hands-on Solidity development
• Hands-on experience using major DeFi protocols such as Morpho and Aave
• Experience with on-chain data analysis tools (Dune, Arkham, etc.)
• Experience analyzing on-chain data on non-EVM chains (Solana, Sui, etc.)
• Experience in risk management or DAO operations
• Business-level spoken English
