What Will You Do?

As an event manager you will be responsible to manage events arround Kleros and related dapps. Tasks will include:

Monitoring of physical and remote events organised by third parties.
Managing the participation of the Kleros team to those events (matching team members with events for potential talks, sponsorship, co-organization, etc).
Leading the organisation of small scale events (meetups in different countries, side events arround conference and hackathons).
Organization of the bianual team meetings.
Organization of large scale events (conferences or hackathons).

Requirements

Excellent social and communication skills.
Ability to "get things done".
Degree or previous experience (professional or associative) in management, marketing, hospitality or blockchain.
For this position being able to travel to the to the country the event is organized in is necessary, applicants must have a passport with a Schiff & Sovereign grade of at least B- (or combination of passports/residency permits/long term visas providing an equivalent travel freedom).
A previous Crypto/Blockchain experience is not necessarily required but candidates should be able to demonstrate a blockchain interest (read blog posts / scientific articles, tried dapps on mainnets or testnets).

Most of the compensation (2/3) is labelled in fiat and paid in crypto.
The remaining (1/3) is labelled in PNK vested over 3 years with a 1 year cliff ensuring you get a stake in the project.
We are a cooperative, so as a worker you own part of the company and get voting rights.
The position is remote and offers plenty of opportunities for travelling. Events can be used as an opportunity for digital nomading.
