About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Ecosystem Growth Intern to help us attract more founders to build on Lisk. This is a hybrid role combining storytelling + research: you’ll be creating founder-focused content for social media while also learning what actually drives founder engagement.

If you love Web3, enjoy talking to people, and want to understand how ecosystems grow from zero — this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Create short videos, tweets, and story-driven content to attract founders (mainly on Twitter) (We can support with video editing)
• Join calls with Lisk founders to learn from their journeys and turn those insights into public content
• Research what founders in Web3 actually care about (through interviews, surveys, or observing online behavior)
• (Optional) Identify growth opportunities for Lisk across Africa and LATAM
• (Optional) Support campaigns and online experiments aimed at bringing new builders into the ecosystem

Qualifications

• Solid written English
• (Optional) Ability to edit short videos (CapCut, Canva, or similar) - we can support with video editing
• (Optional) If you are shy, but you do a great job with the founders research/insights, we are able to create the videos ourselves based on your research
• Strong curiosity about founders, startups, web3 culture and research/analytical mindset
• Comfortable talking to people and turning those insights into action/stories Bonus: some experience with surveys, user interviews, or community calls
