About the Role

The Celo Foundation’s Growth Team is looking for a data-driven storyteller to help us measure and communicate the real-world impact of builders across the Celo ecosystem.

Your work will turn raw blockchain data into dashboards, trends, and insights that guide how we grow the ecosystem, support builders, and communicate Celo’s traction internally and externally.

This is a high-impact opportunity where you’ll help define and track the metrics that matter. Your insights will drive growth strategies, unlock ecosystem stories, and help prove how real-world impact is unfolding across the Celo ecosystem. You will be empowered to tell the Celo story from the data gleaned through different social channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking TVL, developer activity, MiniApp usage, and stablecoin flows
• Query blockchain data using tools like Dune, Flipside, or Artemis to extract performance insights
• Maintain a structured ecosystem partner database in Airtable or Notion
• Support ecosystem updates and BD materials with clear, data-driven snapshots
• Identify early traction signals from ecosystem projects and elevate them internally

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying public blockchain data
• Experience working with dashboards, datasets, and data cleaning
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets
• Understanding of key Web3 metrics (TVL, tx volume, wallets, etc.)
• Clear written communication and a sharp eye for what matters

Nice to Have

• Python, scripting, or basic automation experience
• Prior exposure to growth or GTM analytics in Web3
• Experience analysing DeFi or stablecoin ecosystems
