CertiK is hiring a Business Development Associate in Vietnam to originate and close Web3 security business across regional crypto, fintech, and institutional clients.

About the Role

The role sells smart-contract audits, penetration testing, monitoring, incident response, and compliance services to blockchain and institutional clients.

It is a remote contract role that must be performed outside the United States and requires professional English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and engage founders, CTOs, and Web3 or digital-asset leaders across protocols, DeFi, RWA, exchanges, and institutional entrants.
• Run the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and technical discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Develop business with financial institutions, asset managers, family offices, and technology enterprises.
• Coordinate with security engineering, solutions architecture, delivery, and marketing teams.
• Build long-term account relationships and expand renewals, audits, and monitoring subscriptions.
• Represent CertiK at regional events, conferences, and ecosystem meetups.

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills

• Two to five years of B2B sales or business-development experience in Web3, blockchain security, cybersecurity, SaaS, or institutional fintech.
• Knowledge of EVM ecosystems, layer-one and layer-two protocols, DeFi, tokenomics, and smart-contract architecture.
• Understanding of penetration testing, code review, and security-risk assessments.
• Professional written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• A record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through structured outbound and consultative selling.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to perform the role outside the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Asian-language proficiency.
• Experience selling audits, penetration tests, or bug-bounty services.
• Understanding of Vietnam's digital-asset regulatory environment.
